We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused Multi-Skilled Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. About the Role:

This is a hands-on role where you will be operating a range of civil plant and equipment on our projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Your day-to-day work will be varied and you will be a critical part of our project success.

You may need to operate machines such as excavator, tractors, dozer, loader and grader depending on the nature of the works on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate machinery, including Excavators, Tractors, Bobcat/Skid Steer Loaders, and Front-End Loaders.

Perform detailed excavations, site preparation, and material handling with precision.

Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on all machinery.

Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with site supervisors and the project team.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a machine operator on civil construction sites.

Relevant licenses and tickets for operating machinery.

A strong commitment to safety and a clean work ethic.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A "can-do" attitude and a keen eye for detail.
