Full time position
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus super
The role will be full time, Monday to Friday with a minimum 40 hours worked and will be based at our Tamworth Branch.
Duties to be performed -
Dismantle Electronic Common Rail Diesel Injectors, high pressure Fuel Pumps and Electronic Unit Injectors.
Clean, inspect, measure tolerances, test electrical integrity & reassemble components fitting new parts.
Perform component testing on computerized test machines, including writing new codes to be entered into vehicle ECU specific to each injector. This includes the remanufacture and testing DENSO Common Rail Injectors to Euro iii, iv, and v specifications. Diesel Care (affiliating Common Rail Australia) has the only remanufacturing faculty in Australia that carries out this DENSO endorsed process.
Dismantle, clean, inspect, measure tolerances, test electrical integrity & reassemble ZEXEL Injector pumps with electronic Timing control units and electronic controlled governor systems.
Diagnose, test, repair and calibrate BOSCH VP44 electronic injection pump components.
Fault diagnosis of above components received from customers using electronic test equipment including scan tool & oscilloscope.
Testing and reprogramming engine ECU (Electronic Control Unit)
Testing and re-programming Steinbauer electronic engine control modules.
