Mcngee Resources Pty Ltd is a mechanical business based in Curlewis, New South Wales, working with large scale mining equipment and farming equipment.

In light of our continued growth within the industry, and continually growing portfolio of projects, we are currently seeking and experience Diesel Motor Mechanic to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Diesel Motor Mechanic to be responsible for the maintenance, repair, servicing and component change out on all mining equipment.

The key responsibilities associated with this position include:

. Detect, Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment (Cat Sis/ ET).

. Maintain, Test and repair diesel motors, transmissions, suspensions, steering, hydraulics and brakes for diggers, trucks, graders, bulldozers, drills etc.

. Remove and replace worn and defective parts for all machinery.

. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

. Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and in compliance with safety regulations.

. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

Qualifications/ Experience

. AFQ Certificate IV (Cert III with sufficient experience).

. Current drivers Licence

. At lease 3 years or more experience in mining industries

. Proven history of working on heavy plant equipment

. Dedication to working in a safe and effective manner
