About the role

We are seeking a focussed and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our Aircraft Maintenance Engineering School at Flight One at Adelaide Airport, SA. This role, for which both full or part time opportunity exists, will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to our aviation maintenance trainees, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the industry.

What you'll be doing

Delivering training programs for aircraft maintenance engineering, including both theoretical and practical components

Assessing trainees' competency and providing detailed feedback to support their learning and development

Developing and updating training materials to ensure content is current and relevant

Maintaining accurate records of trainee progress and assessment outcomes

Collaborating with the wider team to continually improve the training and assessment processes

Ensuring all training and assessment activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

What we're looking for

Logical proactive thinker

Avionics and Mechanical skillsets

TAE40122 preferred but not essential (we will train if required)

Previous training experience not essential if you are an experienced LAME/AME

Min 3 industry experience preferred with Cert IV Aeroskills or Diploma

Ability to develop course material and assessments preferable

Ability to gain Working with Children clearance in SA
