Queensford College (RTO: 31736 | CRICOS: 03010G) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that is focused on providing quality education and training in fully accredited courses to International and Domestic students in Brisbane, Adelaide, and Parramatta.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Trainer & Assessor to deliver high-quality training in the Aged Care and Disability sectors for the following qualifications:
CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support
CHC43015 or CHC43121 – Certificate IV in Ageing Support / Disability
This is a 4-day per week role, with the potential for full-time employment if you are also qualified to deliver HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Mandatory Requirements:
Hold a TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent);
Hold the relevant qualification/s being delivered (CHC33021, CHC43015/CHC43121)
Ability to deliver First Aid Training (HLTAID012)
Recent and relevant industry experience in Aged Care and/or Disability Support
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
A current Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Certificate (RRHAN)
Currently working in industry or within the past year
Highly Desirable:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
Ability to use digital learning platforms and online delivery tools
