If you’re coming from the drilling or civil industry and are ready to swap FIFO/site life for a rewarding long-term career in recruitment, even better. We can teach you recruitment; we can’t teach your work ethic, character, or knowledge of site life.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your background, your role will involve:

• Building and managing a warm desk in either Drilling or Civil Construction
• Creating and nurturing networks of site-based talent and decision-makers
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Adding genuine value to candidates and clients, not just lip service
• Writing compelling job ads that attract the right talent
• Sourcing proactively via LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, and direct outreach
• Managing client and candidate relationships with care, transparency, and consistency
• Partnering with hiring managers to deliver outcomes that go beyond just filling a seat

Who You Are

• You’re from the drilling or civil industry and ready for a new challenge or you're a recruiter looking for a more values-aligned agency
• You’ve got strong people instincts and a bias for action
• You’re proactive, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• You know what quality looks like and you care about getting it right
• You’re honest, direct, and believe in doing the right thing (even when it’s the hard thing)
