About the Role:

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our high performing team. We welcome both experienced professionals who can make an immediate impact and enthusiastic candidates with the right attitude and hunger to learn and develop. You will need strong attention to detail, a team-focused mindset, and the capacity to adapt and prioritise in a dynamic environment. In return, you will be supported by an experienced management team that will provide coaching and guidance when needed.

About the Role:

Strategic talent acquisition

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Negotiate rates and terms for mutually beneficial outcomes

Screen, select, interview, and reference check and place candidates

Manage and update the recruitment database

General administration

Required Skills:

Recruitment experience in Blue Collar (Trades, Labourers, Warehousing, Transport) and / or White Collar (Desirable)

Professional communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation

Willingness to call candidates and develop clients

Team player with a collaborative mindset

Ability to manage candidate screening and databases effectively
