About the Position

Our CSF Roofing division is currently seeking Experienced Metal Roofers, Metal Roofing Trade Assistants, and Apprentice Roof Plumbers to join our growing team. You’ll be working across a variety of commercial, industrial, government, and domestic projects, performing roofing, cladding, and associated works.

Your duties will include:

General metal roofing and cladding duties

Align, level, and fix cladding using hand and power tools

Install flashing, insulation, soffit sheeting, and other associated items

Read and interpret drawings and specifications

Contribute to a safe, healthy, and collaborative team environment

Ensure work meets ISO9001 standards and project specifications

Assist in reviewing procedures and continuous improvement

What you will bring to us:

For Qualified Experienced Metal Roofers

(Causal rate $40-$50 per hour based on experience):

Certificate III in Roof Plumbing (preferred but not essential)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial roofing

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Working at Heights ticket

Current Driver’s Licence

Own transport and tools

For Trade Assistants

(Casual rate $35-$40 per hour based on experience):

Prior experience on roofing or construction sites (preferred)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

White Card

Driver’s licence and own transport

Working at Heights Ticket

For Apprentice Roof Plumber Opportunities
This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in the roofing industry. As an apprentice, you will work under the supervision of experienced Roof Plumbers while completing a Certificate III in Roof Plumbing through trade school.

Apprentice Role Includes:

Assisting in installation of metal roofing and cladding

Learning to measure and install flashings, insulation, and other materials

Using hand and power tools safely

Working at heights and following site safety procedures

Attending trade school and completing apprenticeship requirements

What We’re Looking for in Apprentices:

Enthusiasm for the trade and willingness to learn

Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Physically fit with a can-do attitude

Reliable and punctual

White Card (or willing to obtain)

Driver’s licence and own transport (or working towards)

Working at Heights ticket (or willing to obtain
