Carpet Call, Australia's best known flooring retailer is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a "can do" attitude to join our busy service team at our Notting Hill/Clayton Head Office.
Ideally the candidate will:
» Possess clear verbal and written communication skills
» Be versed in basic computer operating systems
» Possess a "can do" attitude - be prepared to learn, and be punctual
» Desire to work in an office as a team player
» Have their own reliable transport
The Role
The successful candidate will liaise between customers, sales staff and warehouse staff to ensure that product installations are coordinated to fully meet customer satisfaction levels. You will work with specifically designed computer systems in a fun office environment with all training provided.
Some overtime when required at overtime rates.
Hours are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
