This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role to cover maternity leave, commencing October 2025 and concluding October 2026. While this is a temporary position, you will be an integral part of our team throughout the contract period.

About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our humble, hungry, and innovative team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract, commencing in October 2025.
Working closely with the Managing Director, Executive Chairman, Jeffries Group Board, Executive and Leadership teams, you will be responsible for providing high-quality executive support throughout the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:
High-level correspondence including writing letters, emails, and other communication on behalf of the Managing Director, Executive Chairman and the Jeffries business
Effective calendar management with the aim to optimise time and enhance productivity
Planning, coordinating and attending meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring necessary materials are available
Providing personal assistance to the Managing Director and Executive Chairman, including managing personal appointments and correspondence
Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other special occasions
Providing general administrative support such as organising files, preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Coordinating marketing tasks with support from the Executive Chairman and Head of Sales, including liaising with external contractors, agencies, and industry associations as required.
Support the management of internal systems and tools, including team engagement and goal-tracking platforms
Lead the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Leadership Meetings – managing agendas, reports, scheduling, facilitator organisation, and fostering team engagement, as well as overseeing post-meeting follow-up and actions.
The successful applicant must have:
High-level proficiency in MS Teams and the Microsoft Office suite – particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create content, proofread, edit and format as necessary
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to confidently take meeting minutes
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload accordingly
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role
