About the position

This is an opportunity for a surveyor with at least 3 years of experience in an urban setting. You’ll be responsible for conducting a range of survey types and will be trusted to operate independently on various projects. Our office is in Camp Hill, Brisbane. The role offers flexible working arrangements, with a combination of office-based work, working from home, and time in the field depending on project requirements. You'll have the support of an experienced team and the chance to develop your professional skills in a thriving business.

As the successful candidate you will be

Performing cadastral surveys (Identification, Standard & Building format Subdivision)

Contour & detail surveys

Set out construction & as-constructed surveys

Subdivision surveys and associated tasks

Commercial & Lease Survey

Data processing, drafting, subdivision design and reporting

What We’re Looking For

3 years (preferred) experience in projects listed above

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Strong communication and time management skills

Proficiency in surveying software and field equipment (Leica Captivate, Topcon/Magnet Office, AutoCAD)

A current Australian driver’s licence

Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a New Zealand citizen
