We’re partnering with an established civil construction group to offer a rare opportunity for a Registered Surveyor to join their newly launched surveying arm, operating as part of the wider business, on a full-time, permanent basis in Brisbane’s southside.

This isn’t your average Surveyor role, the successful applicant will also step in as a shareholder, with the support, stability, and resources of a respected contractor that has built a strong reputation across road and infrastructure projects. Key role tasks:

• Manage and deliver survey activities from data collection through to final sign-off
• Prepare, review, and update redline mark-ups in line with design changes and as-builts
• Produce, validate, and manage ADAC data to council and authority requirements
• Certify and sign off survey plans, ADAC files, and as-constructed submissions
• Liaise closely with engineers, designers, and PMs to resolve survey challenges
• Oversee quality control, compliance, and survey data integrity

Key capability requirements:

• Registered Surveyor (or working towards registration) under the Surveyors Act
• 6+ years’ experience delivering survey for civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of ADAC standards and local council submission requirements
• Proficiency in 12d, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GNSS and Total Station equipment
• Detail-focused with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Previous exposure to utility and road infrastructure projects is desirable
