The Company
Founded in 2017, this rapidly expanding InsuranceBuilder has grown to a team of over 100 staff across Australia’s east coast. They are now seeking an Operations Manager to join their team and help lead the Brisbane Office.

The role

• Run day-to-day operations and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Track performance, manage KPIs, and keep safety and compliance on point
• Maintain a positive and team-first culture
• Find and action ways to improve systems, workflows, and customer experience
• Lead and mentor team members whilst keeping them up to date with training
• Build strong relationships with insurers, assessors, trades, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving

The Right Person

• 5 years’ experience in insurance building/construction industry
• Previous tenure in a similar role
• Passionate about operational excellence, team leadership, and making an impact
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Experience with Prime Ecosystem is a bonus

The Rewards

• Up to $120k + Super + Car depending on experience
