The Role:

• Leading the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects
• Designing secure cloud environments and infrastructure solutions
• Performing infrastructure assessments and creating technical documentation
• Security focus – projects and ongoing managed services – responsible for managing any cyber threat escalations and providing consulting to clients.
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal best practices
• Staying up to date on security, governance, and Microsoft cloud advancements

• A well-established career in IT, including significant time spent in a senior level Engineer role
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (security-focused)
• Strong technical documentation and design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Security) highly regarded
• Bonus: AWS, VMware, or additional certifications (e.g., Azure Architect, AWS SA, VCP)
