Landlord Complaince is an industry leader in the installation and maintenance of smoke alarms in residential properties across The great Illawarra and Wollongong,

An opportunity exists for a licensed Electrician to join our team in servicing from South Western Sydney to Wollongong.

The primary purpose of this position is to complete all required safety compliance work needed to ensure properties meet the current legislative guidelines for Landlords.

Does this sound like you?

Experience in domestic installations, maintenance, fault finding & board upgrades

Experience in smoke alarm compliance (desirable)

A current electrical license (Nominated Supervisor or Contractors Licence is perfered by not essential)

A current driver's license

Ideal location would suit someone that lives from Lower Sydney to Wollongong (Sutherland, Menai, Thirroul or anywhere in between)

What you'll be doing:

Smoke alarm compliance

Corded blind compliance

RCD safety switch testing

Water compliance for rental properties

NB: All training provided
