Ampower Electrical Group – Qualified Electrician

Ampower Electrical Group is seeking a full-time Qualified Electrician with experience in construction and high-end residential projects to join our growing team.

We specialise in electrical work for luxury homes, large-scale residential builds, and insurance work across Greater Sydney. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing complex jobs, leading small teams, ordering materials and working closely with clients, builders, and other trades to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

Fully qualified and licensed electrician

Proven experience in construction and high-end residential electrical work

Ability to manage and oversee jobs independently, including liaising with builders and site supervisors

Strong attention to detail and high workmanship standards

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong problem solving skills and ability to fault find

Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example and mentor apprentices

Team-first mindset and willingness to support others on-site
