About the Role
As Regional Manager - Greater Sydney Region, you'll lead a passionate team dedicated to driving meaningful change and strengthening Aboriginal communities. Working across government, NGOs, and the private sector, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering OCHRE initiatives that empower communities through opportunity, choice, healing, responsibility, and empowerment.
This dynamic role will see you leading key projects, overseeing program management, and ensuring effective coordination, monitoring, and reporting of outcomes. We're Looking For
- You're passionate about making a difference for Aboriginal communities in NSW and bring a strong commitment to community-led change
- You have experience leading projects from development to implementation, providing high-level strategic advice to executives
- You excel at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely, and communicate confidently, sensitively and articulately
- You hold a current Driver's License and are willing to travel around NSW as required
- You communicate sensitively and effectively with, and understand issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
