IronMerge People are currently seeking experienced FIFO Minesite Cleaners to join our casual pool for ongoing roles across various sites in Western Australia. These positions are FIFO ex Perth Airport only and ideal for candidates with a solid background in industrial or village cleaning on remote mining camps.

Key Details:

• FIFO ex Perth only – WA Residents
• 2:1 Roster or Ad-Hoc Leave Coverage
• 11 hour paid work days
• Weekly pay – every Thursday
• Immediate starts once mobilisation is complete

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a FIFO Minesite Cleaner, your duties may include:

• Cleaning of - crib rooms, site offices, toilet blocks & change rooms, accommodation units, general village common areas, wet mess
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards across all workspaces
• Managing linen changeovers and stock replenishment
• Use of commercial cleaning equipment & chemicals in line with safety guidelines
• Supporting other departments (e.g., kitchen or utility) as needed

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

• ESSENTIAL - A minimum of 6 months FIFO or DIDO cleaning/utility experience in a remote mining or village environment in Australia
• ESSENTIAL - Hold an open C Class Auto or Manual Australian Driver’s license
• ESSENTIAL -Able to provide a completely clear National Police Clearance less than 6 months old
• Ability to start onboarding immediately with no planned leave in the next 3 months
• Currently reside in Perth, WA
• Full Australian working rights with minimum 6 months validity on your visa
• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters, including nights
• Willingness to assist in other departments if required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen (with periodic re-testing every 28 days)
• Completion of all online and site-specific inductions
• Desirable: Nationally accredited RSA or Forklift Ticket
