Casual Cleaner – Residential, Bond & Real Estate Cleans | Perth, WA

Are you a skilled cleaner who takes pride in delivering exceptional results? Growth Advance Techniques is expanding our professional cleaning services and seeking experienced, reliable casual cleaners for a variety of cleaning jobs across Perth.

This position is part of a dedicated cleaning service team focusing on general domestic, deep cleans, end-of-lease (bond) cleans, and real estate property presentation cleans.

Role Overview:
You will work independently or as part of a small team performing:

Bond/end-of-lease cleans to real estate standards

Pre-sale or open-home presentation cleans

One-off deep cleans or spring cleans

Routine domestic cleaning for private homes

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in professional cleaning services (including bond or real estate cleans)

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Able to follow cleaning checklists and meet real estate-grade standards

Excellent time management and ability to work independently

Must have own transport and cleaning equipment (preferred but not essential)

Police Clearance (required)

Public liability insurance (preferred or willing to acquire)
