Northern Glass Group is a commercial window and cladding company experiencing sustained growth with many upcoming projects in their pipeline.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated finance / admin assistant to join our team in 2025.
Working alongside the GM and a highly experienced Finance Manager, the key to this role is teamwork and communication.
This is a part time position (24 hours per week) and can be spread over 3 or 5 days per week with some flexibility for the right candidate.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Assisting the Finance Manager in all areas of accounts such as data entry, entering invoices and purchase orders
Providing support in daily office management and general office errands
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by the Director, GM or Project Managers
Essential requirements:
Experience in accounting software - preference is Reckon Hosted
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organised, motivated and resourceful
Ability to manage competing priorities
