Join a small, friendly team making a big impact from our central location at Gold Coast University Hospital. We value collaboration, flexibility, and celebrating wins together – with WFH options, regular social catch-ups, and a culture that genuinely supports each other’s success.

About the role

This role works closely with the Community Fundraising Coordinator and Fundraising Manager, and plays a key part in cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships with our valued supporters. As Donor Experience and CRM Lead, you will harness Salesforce to design, deliver, and optimise personalised donor journeys that are impactful and aligned with our mission of improving health outcomes for the community. You will take ownership of regular and workplace giving and supporter data management, using Salesforce insights to inform strategic decisions and continually improve engagement.

This is a collaborative environment, and flexibility is essential. The successful candidate will be willing to contribute to broader organisational needs as required, including attendance at fundraising events, community activations, and supporter engagements.

Lead the planning and delivery of individual and workplace giving campaigns, including appeals, acquisition, retention, and upgrade strategies

Coordinate and grow the regular giving program, with a strong focus on supporter retention

Design and implement tailored donor journeys and communications across digital, mail, phone, and in-person channels

Ensure accurate donor data, effective segmentation, and CRM optimisation (Salesforce)

Track, analyse, and report on donor engagement metrics and campaign performance to inform continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection legislation and uphold best practices in supporter care

Work cross-functionally with Fundraising, Marketing, and Operations to deliver consistent, donor-centric experiences

Contribute to organisational initiatives beyond core responsibilities, including supporting events, campaigns, and community outreach

About you

Demonstrated experience in individual giving, regular giving, and/or community fundraising

Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and donor segmentation principles

Strong communication and donor stewardship skills, with a professional and compassionate approach

Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end fundraising campaigns across multiple channels

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights

A flexible, team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to broader organisational goals

Passion for healthcare and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community
