Golden Circle Factory Outlet is a clearance grocery store providing high-quality, low-cost groceries from major retailers direct to the public, 7 days a week.

Family owned and operated from 2 Brisbane store locations at Capalaba and Morayfield, we believe our experience in the industry enables us to offer a high standard of customer service to our customers.

About The Role / Responsibilities:

Operation of the POS system

Customer service and assistance

Greeting, acknowledging and actively engaging every customer

Merchandise and aid in the maintenance of floor stock levels

Maintain an awareness of promotions and specials.

Support the team and contribute to building a collaborative, enjoyable work environment

About You:

Skills & Experience:

Must have experience using POS System

Experience working in Retail, Customer Service

Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Must be able to lift, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store.

Thrives in a fast paced, team environment and demonstrates a high level of confidence, enthusiasm and energy

Strong commitment and passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to work efficiently and within timelines

Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership when and as required

Flexibility to work a number of shifts each week, including a weekend shift, is required.

Pay rate is dependent on age and is paid in line with the General Retail Award
