About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at Tiles for Design in Warana, QLD. This is a casual position, we require every Saturday and Monday and also additional hours when staff or on annual leave, we also wish to grow the role on offer a more long term position . As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our customer service, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience when visiting our store.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customers

Assisting customers in selecting the perfect tiles for their projects

Maintaining a neat and organised store environment

Restocking and replenishing product displays

Handling cash and card payments accurately

Answering inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer experiences

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
