Join a global organisation operating in the cloud-based software space, providing organisations with platforms designed to automate and streamline workflows across IT, customer service, HR, and other business functions.

What you'll do:

• Be the first responder for customer issues - handle calls and tickets via phone and CRM with efficiency and clarity.
• Troubleshoot, solve, and escalate smartly when needed (no guessing games).
• Support users on the platform with advice and walkthroughs.
• Spot gaps in self-service docs and help fix them.
• Manage multiple cases daily, and help teammates when they're swamped.
• Jump in for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Be ready for weekend/holiday on-call rotations - because sometimes the tech never sleeps.

What you bring:

• A solid technical mindset that picks up new systems fast.
• Crystal-clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven helpdesk chops - resolving issues on the first call is your jam.
• Confidence dealing with all types of people, and handling the tough conversations like a pro.
• Sharp questioning skills to get right to the heart of problems.
• Basic ITIL and business process know-how.
• 2-4 years rocking it in an IT environment.
• Able to work solo or collaborate seamlessly.

• You've got experience troubleshooting SaaS apps.
