Now we’re expanding our renewables division and need a qualified solar and battery electrician who’s ready to step into a premium role — and enjoy the balance to match.

Workshops in Morisset and Singleton.

📍 The Role

This isn’t a standard trade role. You’ll be the technical lead across a growing portfolio of solar, battery, and smart energy installations.

Deliver clean, accurate solar and battery installs (residential & commercial)

Commission and optimise battery systems and hybrid setups

Troubleshoot service faults with speed and precision

Support and upskill team members where required

Work closely with leadership to uphold our reputation for excellence

Based out of our Morisset workshop with local project sites

4-day work week (Mon–Thurs or flexible)

No weekends. No burnout. No micromanagement.

📍 What You’ll Need

NSW Electrical License

CEC/SAS Accreditation – Solar + Battery

Clean, safe, and professional workmanship

Driver’s License

Strong communication and reliability

Bonus: Familiarity with Fronius, Sungrow, Redback, or Tesla systems
