Hello Kitty and Friends Cafe, located in Melbourne Central, is seeking individuals for roles including experienced Chef de Partie and dishwash and cooker.

We offer flexible employment types, including full-time, part-time, casual, and permanent positions.

Available Positions:

- Chef De Partie (CDP): responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will work closely with head chef and supporting junior kitchen staff to maintain smooth daily operations.

- Cook: responsible for preparing and cooking food to café standards, maintaining a clean and organised workstation, assist with stock, prep, and general kitchen duties as needed.

- Dishwasher: wash dish utensils and kitchen equipment quickly, maintain cleanliness of kitchen dishwashing area and bins. Support chefs and kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years in a commercial kitchen ( CDP/Cook)

- Relevant experience in the desired position.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
