Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information and support tailored to individual needs
- Maintain detailed and confidential records using internal systems
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and escalate more complex cases when needed
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment (contact centre preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with care
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- A genuine interest in working for a purpose-driven organisation
