About the role
The main roles and responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager's role are, but not limited to:
* Working from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday's (excluding Public Holidays)
* Dealing and Communicating with your clients via email/ phone/ meetings/ site visits
* Carrying out multiple site visitations and completing cleaning inspection reports
* Co-ordinating with cleaners to ensure they are completing all set tasks
* Assisting with rosters/ schedules, daily reports and other various reports

Skills and experience
The below requirements are needed for this position:
* Customer Service skills required
* Strong communication skills (including reading and writing)
* Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office
* Being able to work under pressure/ solve problems
* Basic understanding of WHS
* A valid Drivers Licence (Please note it is a must to have a valid drivers licence at all times)
