At Meraki Care, we’re more than just a service provider — we’re a community. We’re a boutique NDIS organisation that delivers personalised, responsive, and meaningful support to participants, while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace for our team.
We’re now looking for two dedicated and values-driven professionals to join us:
1.Service Coordinator
About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the primary point of contact between participants, families, support workers, and allied health professionals. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth, consistent delivery of services in line with NDIS plans, participant goals, and care plans.
This role blends people management, service delivery oversight, and administration — and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day delivery of supports for a portfolio of participants
Coordinate and manage shift allocations, organize participant appointments, and respond promptly to any changes, cancellations, or emerging service needs.
Communicate regularly with participants and families to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
Oversee compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, incident reporting, and documentation requirements
Support onboarding for new participants, including intake and service agreement preparation
Liaise with external providers, allied health professionals, and case managers
Supervise and mentor support workers, providing guidance and resolving issues
Attend occasional home visits or community appointments to support service delivery
You’ll Need
Proven experience in a coordination or team leader role in disability, aged care, or health services
Strong understanding of person-centered care and NDIS compliance requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Calm, empathetic, and able to manage competing priorities
2. Recruitment & HR Coordinator
About the Role
As our Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and supporting a talented team of disability support workers and office staff. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance and wellbeing — while ensuring compliance with Fair Work, SCHADS Award, and NDIS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, interviewing, and reference checks
Oversee onboarding and induction, ensuring all compliance checks are completed
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation
Interpret and apply the SCHADS Award and HR policies consistently
Support managers with performance management and workforce planning
Coordinate staff training, development, and wellbeing initiatives
Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, workplace health and safety, and NDIS Worker Screening requirements
Assist in creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture
You’ll Need
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or people and culture roles (NDIS/community sector highly regarded)
Strong knowledge of Fair Work and award interpretation (SCHADS preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Organized, proactive, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
What We Offer
A caring, supportive, and inclusive team culture
Competitive pay in line with the SCHADS Award
Ongoing professional development and mentoring
Opportunities for career growth in a growing organisation
A workplace that values your ideas, initiative, and input
Mandatory Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems
