We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks across different construction and maintenance projects. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work well within a team, and the willingness to take on new tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, including cleaning and clearing work areas.

Carry and transport materials, tools, and equipment to different locations on site.

Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools.

Assist skilled tradesmen (e.g., boilermakers welders mechanical fitters mechanics

Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Follow health and safety regulations and report any hazards immediately.

Assist in loading/unloading deliveries of materials and equipment.

Perform basic maintenance duties (e.g., painting, repairing, and basic construction work).

Requirements:

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is a plus but not essential.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Basic understanding of health and safety practices.

Reliable, punctual, and a good work ethic.

Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
