• Paying up to $65 per hour plus super
• Based in Sydney

Support the effective operation of governance framework through board operations, compliance, following and managing governance processes, and maintaining accurate records and policies.

• Coordinate board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, ensuring compliance
• Liaise with senior stakeholders, maintaining governance records, and contributing to continuous improvement of governance processes
• Process access to information requests and consult with third parties (where required)

About you:

• Experience in a similar Governance role
• GIPA experience
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong confidentiality
• Experience in minute-taking and board support
