Locum Physiotherapist – Townsville | Contractor Role

Are you a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist ready to hit the ground running? Bodycare is on the hunt for a dedicated contractor to join our Onsite Injury Prevention team in Townsville on an ongoing basis for 18 hours monthly!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Early Intervention Physiotherapy – Assess and treat workplace injuries early to keep people moving and on the job.
• Workplace Assessments – From warehouses to worksites, you’ll be out and about delivering hands-on injury prevention strategies.
• Education & Training – Run tailored sessions to give workers the tools they need to look after their bodies.
• Relationship Building – Connect with workers, supervisors, and leaders to strengthen health and safety culture.
• Injury Prevention Planning – Collaborate with your leadership team and site contacts to develop proactive prevention strategies, supported by our custom-built software.

What You'll Need:

• Physiotherapy degree with full AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 1 year of musculoskeletal experience (onsite or private practice).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence.
• Australian residency or valid working rights.
