We’re a passionate, growing team based in Port Melbourne, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join us in a hybrid role.

About the Role
This is a full-time, entry-level position and the role is split across two main areas:

Warehouse & Admin Support (Majority of the role)

Fill fragrance cartridges and diffuser bottles

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders

Stock handling and inventory support

General warehouse support duties

Basic admin tasks and assisting the Warehouse Manager as required

Field Service Technician (Back-up/Support Capacity)

Fill fragrance diffusers at client sites

Install or decommission scent units

Conduct basic site assessments (site scopes)

Provide support to our lead technicians during busy periods or leave cover

What We’re Looking For

Full Australian working rights

A full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence

Confidence driving and navigating Melbourne metro and surrounds

A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed

Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in doing a great job

Prior warehouse or technician experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided
