Previous retail experience, ideally within a lifestyle and action sport brand

A proven track record for the Store Manager in working to achieve sales budgets

ABOUT THE ROLES
As full time Store Manager or full time 2IC, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your store. In your role you will:

Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey

Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives

Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory

As a Retail Shop Assistant, you will support the Store Management by working effectively as a team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales and maintain store presentation!
