Fashion Manager - Canberra Civic - Premium Label

We are looking for a flagship management candidate who not only understands the world of luxury or premium retail fashion but also possesses excellent client engagement skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a proud Australian label, provide personalised styling experiences and contribute to a high-end shopping environment.

Reporting directly an inspiring Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all daily operations of the store including financial accountability, KPI's, coaching, stock management, merchandising and VIP listings.

• Success of managing teams to structured KPI's and budgets
• Strong consultative sales and service history
• A passion for VM and in store styling
• Great knowledge on market fashion trends
