Our Facility

Hill Street Heath Hub is a leading multi-disciplinary health facility looking a part-time/full time Practice Nurse to join our clinical team. Our current RN will be going on maternity leave from October 2025. There is opportunity for future growth included leadership and management responsibilities. We have 6 GPs working in a purpose built facility that is located directly opposite Roseville train station.

A team player with a positive can-do attitude.

Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in learning

Pro-active and the ability to learn things quickly.

Completion of Immunisation Certificate preferable

Experience with chronic disease management and wound care.

Position is for a part-time position (3 days per week). We are also open to considering a full-time position
