About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our growing General Practice in the vibrant suburb of Rhodes, NSW. As an Enrolled Nurse at Rhodes Family Practice, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team of healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing clinical administrative duties as well as nursing care to support our patients, including administering medications, admitting new patients

Collaborating with the reception team to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care

Adhering to all clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients

Participating in continuous professional development to stay up to date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Enrolled Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Minimum of 1 years' experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in a healthcare setting, preferably in a general practice or similar primary care environment

Strong clinical skills and a demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
