Financial Adviser – Echuca

We are seeking an experienced and personable Financial Adviser to take over a portfolio of long-standing clients in Echuca. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship building and delivering high-quality, personalised advice without the pressure of chasing sales targets.

You will be joining a boutique advice firm with a strong reputation for integrity, care, and connection within the community. The team works collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to ensure clients receive the very best service and outcomes.

From your first day, you will inherit a well-cared-for portfolio, including many pre-retirees and retirees who value regular reviews and proactive planning. You will be supported by an experienced paraplanning and client service team, giving you the freedom to focus on strategic conversations and client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing and nurturing an established portfolio, providing clear, actionable strategies tailored to each client’s needs

Conducting thorough client meetings to understand goals, assess risk, and create advice across superannuation, investments, insurance, retirement planning, cash flow, estate planning, and tax efficiency

Working closely with support staff to ensure advice is implemented promptly, accurately, and in line with compliance requirements

Maintaining strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and consistent communication

Seeking opportunities to add value through forward-looking recommendations and regular engagement
