Customer Service & Administration Officer

Location: Geebung
Pay: $36.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (early finish Fridays)
Type: Temp to Permanent Full-Time

Our client, a well-established company based in Geebung, is experiencing exciting growth and seeking an experienced Customer Service / Administration Officer with Sales experience to join their friendly small team — an immediate start is available!

About the role:
You will be the friendly voice and helpful support for a diverse customer base ranging from small businesses to large companies. Your role will combine phone and email communications with coordinating freight and bookings, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.

Your key responsibilities:

Responding promptly to phone and email enquiries, processing orders efficiently

Accurate data entry and following up with customers to build strong relationships

Providing product knowledge and information to assist customers

Organising freight and managing bookings to support delivery schedules

Performing general administration tasks to keep the team running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

Proven customer service and administration experience

Strong computer skills, including Outlook, internet research, and preferably Simpro software

Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic and helpful attitude

Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team

Reliable, trustworthy, and holds a current driver’s licence

Permanent Residency Status (this role is temp to permanent for the right candidate)
