The Role

We’re seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead our finance operations and support the business through this growth phase. This is a senior leadership role with a clear pathway to CFO within 2–4 years as part of our long-term succession plan.

You’ll oversee all financial reporting and compliance functions, manage a small team, and work directly with the GM and leadership to deliver insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage consolidated financial reporting across all entities

• Lead month-end close and deliver accurate, timely results

• Manage, mentor, and build the capability of the finance team

• Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Develop and implement systems/process improvements

• Partner with leadership to drive commercial decision-making

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

• Strengthen internal controls and prepare for future scale

About You

• CA or CPA qualified, with experience in group reporting and audit

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen

• Confident leading people and building systems from the ground up

• Skilled at working independently and influencing at senior levels

• Strong communicator with an analytical, business-first mindset

• Excited by the opportunity to step into a CFO role in the near term
