CASA Services are seeking a driven and experienced person to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this broad and influential role involves managing a portfolio that includes financial and management functions, risk and compliance, procurement, planning, corporate services and leading the finance team. You will not only oversee the financial operations but also partner with the CEO and Chief Operations Officer (COO) to set and execute strategic financial directions that align with CASA’s purpose in creating positive futures for people with disability in Central Australia.

As the CFO you will bring a blend of strong financial acumen and commitment to purpose-driven work, ensuring CASA’s funds are allocated efficiently and effectively to maximize on their impact. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, guiding the organisation through fiscal challenges while remaining focused on achieving its service and outreach goals. Your insight will help drive innovative financial strategies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and play a crucial role in the sustainability of CASA’s nonprofit efforts.

You will need to be a qualified CA or CPA and hold NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Clearance. The preference is for the successful person to reside in Alice Springs and work in CASA’s centrally located modern office. For Adelaide based applicants to be considered, you will need to be able to work in a hybrid model, with regular attendance in the Alice Springs office.
