POSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Head of Finance has been created.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will involve the following:

• Leadership and Strategic Development
• Financial Management and Business Performance
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash Flow and Financial Planning
• Compliance
• People Management
• Special Projects/Systems Implementations

Whilst there is a finance team to manage, this role will require the successful candidate to work in a "hands on" capacity.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Degree Qualified
• 10+ years experience in financial and management reporting
• Exceptional understanding of the construction sector and QBCC matters
• Experience in systems and software implementations
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation
• Strong Financial Acumen
