9 month opportunity with a leading ASX listed property company
We are working with a ASX listed property developer that has a broad asset base.
This is a 9 month contract for an Property Accountant reporting to the Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
Monthly management reporting
Variance Analysis
Reconciliations
Tax compliance (BAS)
Cash flow management
Unit pricing
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have at least 3-4 years’ experience within a leading chartered firm and commercial corporation. You will also have strong accounting foundations, intermediate Excel skills, be a team player and highly motivated. You MUST be able to work 9 months
