The Role

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who’s:

Passionate about working with adolescents and adults

Excited to deliver creative, practical, evidence-based solutions

Keen to join a workplace that values growth, collaboration, and good banter

You’ll get to:

Conduct functional assessments (including NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments)

Develop tailored therapy plans to help clients smash their goals

Provide interventions across a range of disabilities (you can choose your focus areas)

Script and implement assistive technology 🦽 (if that’s your jam)

Design home modifications (also optional)

Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals

Support clients to develop skills for life, work, and community participation

Develop your documentation skills to a high standard

Stay across NDIS and My Aged Care processes, best practices, and funding updates

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA registration

WWCC, CPR, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

NSW driver’s licence & reliable car

Excellent communication & rapport-building skills

Ability to work independently (with plenty of support)

Experience in NDIS or My Aged Care = a bonus, not a deal-breaker

Assistive tech experience or knowledge

Organisation skills so good they’d make Marie Kondo proud
