Client Relationship Manager - Implementation

Reporting to the Senior Wealth Strategist/CEO, you will join a team of experienced and engaging financial professionals, where you will be hands on responsible for managing the implementation pipeline for all financial advice strategies; ensuring seamless execution from start to finish, including liaising with third parties, clients and reporting to the Wealth Strategist and Senior Wealth Strategist on a regular basis.

Experience in a similar (implementation within Financial Planning) role is required to be considered for this role.

Your Role:

As a Client Experience Officer, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client interactions for all implementation related matters, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term success. Working closely with the team, you'll be executing tailored implementation solutions that match the recommendations of the advice, managing our clients program to a high standard, understanding both client and business needs, assisting in OFA and insurance review as well as other duties relating to the role. Such as various communication, clarity and education of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing and Engagement, providing support throughout the process

Insurance/Investment & Super Applications, Insurance reviews and claims

Ongoing investment Portfolio management

Liaise with third parties

Client File Record Keeping

Assisting with some Compliance tasks and other projects as needed

Communication and email management. Some Record of Advice and Execution Only writing.

What we are looking for:

Excellent written communication skills and accuracy with a strong eye for detail

Excellent ability to listen, engage, and articulate technical matters effectively

Resourceful and proactive in anticipating/addressing client needs

A client centric mindset

A collaborative and adaptable mindset with a drive to contribute to our teams success, helping drive forward our culture of continuous improvement

3+ years strong experience in Financial Advice implementation in all areas including superannuation, insurance and investment (in a customer facing role) with qualification in RG146 as a minimum

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work autonomously and be able to work to deadline

Quick learner and excellent personal organisation skills

Must have some understanding of Estate Planning, basic tax and superannuation laws and familiarity with products such as loans and offset/redraw.
