About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pressure Cleaning / Floor Scrubber Operator to join our team Sydney. This full-time role will involve using specialised equipment to maintain and clean a variety of commercial and industrial surfaces and floors. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' premises are kept spotless and presentable.

What You'll Be Doing

Operate pressure cleaning and floor scrubbing equipment to clean a range of surfaces including floors, walls, and outdoor areas

Inspect work areas and develop efficient cleaning plans to complete tasks on time

Identify and report any issues or damage to surfaces that require further attention

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored securely after use

Adhere to all health and safety procedures to protect yourself and others

Work collaboratively with the wider cleaning team to deliver high-quality results

What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of experience in a similar pressure cleaning or floor scrubbing role

An Australian drivers license as well as your own vehicle to travel to / from work.

Proven ability to operate a range of cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of work

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A keen eye for spotting and addressing any issues or concerns

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
