We’re seeking a skilled Earthmoving Operator with strong experience operating excavators and constructing retaining walls to join our small business. The ideal candidate will be confident in safely handling heavy machinery on-site, have a solid understanding of earthmoving processes, and be knowledgeable in building retaining walls. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators efficiently and safely for various earthmoving tasks

Assist in the construction and installation of retaining walls

Maintain equipment and ensure job site safety standards

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Requirements:

Proven experience operating excavators with ticket

Practical knowledge of retaining wall construction

Strong focus on safety and teamwork

Own transport and licence
