Customer Service Consultant

Are you a people-person who loves solving problems and making someone's day? We're looking for a proactive, upbeat Customer Service Consultant to be the friendly voice that helps our customers succeed.

In this role, you'll be on the front line - answering calls, responding to emails, and guiding customers through their journey with the company, and make sure every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and confident.

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping new and existing customers get the most out of their subscription.

Offering tips and insights to boost performance.

Keeping in touch with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Solving queries on the spot whenever possible.

Logging interactions in Salesforce and sharing valuable feedback with the team.

Staying informed on the latest product, marketing, and industry updates.
