About Us:

Eden Horticulture is a boutique garden maintenance company specialising in the care and curation of high-end residential gardens across Melbourne’s inner suburbs. We’re known for our attention to detail, reliability, and pride in every job we do.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate gardener to join our close-knit team. You’ll be working in some of Melbourne’s most beautiful and well-established gardens, maintaining their health, presentation, and seasonal vibrancy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Garden maintenance: mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilising, mulching
- Specialist hedging and topiary work
- Planting and soft landscaping
- Pest and disease identification and treatment
- Operating tools and machinery (e.g. hedgers, blowers, chainsaws) safely and efficiently
- Liaising with clients in a professional and respectful manner

What We’re Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience in residential garden maintenance (preferably high-end)
- Strong plant knowledge and understanding of seasonal care
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Manual driver’s licence (preferred)
