About the Role

You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining some of the most visible and high-traffic landscapes in Australia. If you enjoy active, outdoor work and take pride in a job well done, this role is for you.

Your Daily Impact:

Precision mowing, edging, brush-cutting

Pruning and tree shaping for a neat and professional look

Weed control and hydration for healthy green spaces

Planting, mulching, and garden bed upkeep

Clearing debris and maintaining clean paths

Recording your work in our user-friendly digital tools

Assisting on exciting garden and landscaping projects (there is always something new happening!)

Working in a team environment with a bunch of legends!

No two days are the same – from lawn stripes to seasonal colour, your work is always on display.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in garden or landscape maintenance (commercial or residential)

Valid driver’s licence – trailer towing skills are a big plus

Confidence using power equipment like ride-ons, trimmers & blowers

A good work ethic – reliable, punctual, and proactive

Physically capable of hands-on, outdoor tasks

Attention to detail – you notice the little things that make a big difference

Police Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to get them)
